Using data, analytics, experimentation and data science to breaking down complicated problems and use solid data driven strategy to maximize impact.
My mission is to Eliminate Guesswork by supporting organizations with their digital transformation build on a solid analytical foundation.
I combine an extensive background in the field of analytics with proven leadership experience and strong communication skills. Proven quality to build and engage high performing teams, seasoned in data strategy as wel as line responsibility realising business targets deploying analytics, data science and CRO.
My track-record ranges from working with many established brands as wel als start/scale-ups both in different sectors (E-commerce, Grocery, Financial sector Banking/Insurance, Fashion, Consumer electronics, NGO’s and FMCG).
Projects/clients include: Ahold Dehaize / Albert Heijn, Centraal Beheer Achmea, Metro Group, RTL, Hunkemöller, BergToys, Telegraaf Media Group, Otto, Vodafone, Postcode Loterij, Independer, Greenpeace.
Being motivated by complex analytical and organizational challenges I like to make direct and measurable impact as well as working with bright people whom I can challenge but als challenge me in return.
I am also passioned about data and privacy legislation (GDPR / AVG & cookie legislation) and have done many projects getting organisations in controle of their customer data and compliant with local legislation.
